On 19 June, 27 June and 4 July 2012, employees of Funcom and other option holders have exercised 373,471 options. The options were part of the Company's option plan.

Following the above exercises of options, the total number of issued and outstanding shares in Funcom N.V. has been increased to 66,496,918. Issued share capital of Funcom N.V. is EUR 2,659,876.72.
