On 4, 11 and 12 January 2012, employees of Funcom and other option holders have exercised 852,728 options. The options were part of the Company's option plan.
Following the above exercise of options, the total number of issued and outstanding shares in Funcom N.V. has been increased to 54,760,103. Issued share capital of Funcom N.V. is EUR 2,190,404.
