Brownske Bevegelser AS, a company wholly owned by Mr. Torleif Ahlsand, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Funcom N.V., has on 30. November 2010 bought 100,000 shares in Funcom N.V. at an average price per share of NOK 4.4976. The shares were bought over the Oslo Stock Exchange. After this transaction, Mr. Ahlsand holds 100,000 stock options and 300,000 shares in Funcom N.V., including shares held by his company Brownske Bevegelser AS. Mr. Ahlsand is a General Partner of Northzone Ventures, that holds 5,449,175 shares in Funcom N.V.
